As long as Provincial COVID Medical Orders continue to allow it, Coastal Arts Academy intends to offer dance classes at the Gathering Place to students from Denman and Hornby Islands. This will allow parents and students to avoid the ferry commute to Courtenay as the teachers will come over to the island. There will be an open house on August 25th for registration and to inform people about the classes. There will be an adult ballet class offered too. We are so pleased to facilitate this beautiful opportunity for island dancers!
